Whether architecting leadership pipelines, designing org-wide frameworks, or coaching executives through transformation, I help organizations align purpose, performance, and people. My experience spans industries from tech to construction, and contexts from hyper-growth to post-startup scaling.

At Groundworks, I lead enterprise leadership and talent development for a 6,700+ employee organization. Previously, at Slalom, I scaled global manager enablement, and at Insight Data Science, I partnered with technical program directors to coach and develop aspiring data, engineering, and machine learning professionals, while leading a national team of coaches.
